Payments
We accept the following forms of payment:
Zelle
PayPal (Goods & Services)
Credit/Debit Card
To keep our prices as fair as possible, we encourage clients to pay via Zelle, as this method does not carry the processing fees associated with credit card transactions.
If paying via PayPal, please send payment using "Goods and Services" (business), not "Friends and Family." This ensures you are covered under PayPal's Buyer Protection, giving you added security and peace of mind on your purchase. PayPal's standard Goods & Services fee may apply
If you prefer to pay by credit card directly through our website, a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction will be applied to your total. This fee reflects the cost charged to us by the payment processor and is passed along only to clients who choose this payment option.

Invoicing
All orders will be confirmed with an invoice or payment request detailing the item(s), price, and any applicable fees prior to payment. Please review your invoice carefully before sending payment.
Gabrielle Fine Jewelry reserves the right to update this payment policy at any time. Questions about payment can be directed to us directly before completing your order.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping:
All shipments are insured.
All orders will be shipped with either UPS or FedEx and will require a signature at delivery. Please be sure someone will be available to sign!
Gabrielle Fine Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Returns:
Since every piece is designed with you, for you, and made-to-order, we do not accept returns. During the design process, you are involved 100% and we want you to love your ring before it goes into production. If something is not right upon arrival, please reach out as it may be covered under warranty.
Warranty
Manufacturing defects are rare, but in any instance of them, they will arise within just the first few months of wear. There are certain designs that may be more fragile to everyday wear and will be communicated to you during the design process (e.g. pave, shared prong bands, thin bands, etc.).
All pieces come with a one-year manufacturing warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What is covered:
Defects in materials or craftsmanship resulting from the original manufacturing process given normal wear and proper care.
Some examples of manufacturing defects include:
The structural integrity of the original fabrication
Prongs breaking
Any issues with how the stone was set
All warranty claims submitted in the first year will be at no cost to you. Claims will be reviewed and inspected by us. Coverage is determined at this stage and will be communicated with you.
What is NOT covered:
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage
Improper care
Excessive impact
The center stone
Any repairs or resizing done with a third-party other than Gabrielle Fine Jewelry will void this warranty.
Warranty claims can be submitted to info@gabrielle-finejewelry.com. Please include in the subject line: “Warranty Claim Submission” with your name and purchase date.
If you are unsure if it is covered or not, please still reach out and we can discuss solutions! We want your piece to be beautiful and structurally sound at all stages of life.
Resizing
We want you to have the perfect fit. Each ring purchased from us is eligible for one free resizing within the first year of purchase. During this period, we'll also cover the cost of shipping to and from our workshop.
After the first year has passed, resizing is still available, but will be subject to a fee (quoted on a case-by-case basis), and the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to and from our workshop.
To request a resizing, please contact us with your order details and we'll walk you through the process.
