After we discuss the general direction of your piece, you will receive a quote. No quote is subject to commitment.

If you decide to move forward with the formal design process, a $500 deposit will need to be put down to begin! This constitutes as your commitment to the process and will be later applied to the final price of your piece. This deposit is non-refundable if you decide not to move forward.

Either from your descriptions or inspiration pictures, our team will draft a rough sketch of what you are looking for. Once we reach a general direction together, it will be sent off to our CAD designers to be created to scale and a 3D rendering will be sent for you to confirm or revise.

This step will also include finding the exact stone you want. We will discuss cut, shape, carat size, and anything else needed to find your perfect match.

After we finalize the piece from the CAD renderings, it will be sent into production.

The final balance will be due prior to when production begins.

Once the piece is completed, it will be shipped right to your door.
